It's been awhile since I updated this blog so I'll have to post up all my new info. Off to practice...NYC Marathon Nov 2008

Fred Lebow Classic (5 Miles)

So Im finally seeing some progress. This is my fastest 5 miler. Its still not as fast as I want, but Im not going to get to that pace overnight. I need to train harder though.

Miles Ran: 5 Miles
Feeling Afterwards: Not sore...and excited to see some progress.
Results: 0:58:19 (11:39 per mile)
Next Goal: Below 10:00 per mile...and of course the NYC Marathon

2007 Elite Racing Rockstars.

I was one of 230 to complete the entire 2007 Rock 'n' Roll Marathon Series and awarded the Rockstar Medal. I raised about $10,000 in the process.
